“ Very sweet amazing service!! They were very considerate & even chatted with us a lot! Brought me a lot of warmth reminds me of my home country. ”
“ I love this place. The owner was so proud of his yucca and carnitas and I see why. Happy a place like this is in cstat. Go here instead of fuego if you're a real man. ”
“ It's a small hole-in-the-wall, so we expected the food to be authentic, and it was. The pupusas were good but not impressive, however the spicy cabbage salad and salsas it came with were great. I got a chicken dish that tasted like a chicken curry from home. I absolutely loved it. Recommend. ”
“ the staff are always so friendly and the pupusas and fajita tacos are amazing! the restaurant is also cozy and it's definitely one of my favorite places in cstat. ”
“ Pretty cool place as it's run by a couple so you'll have to wait like 20min. Got some Central America snacks and drinks so that's fun as well. Pupusas go crazy ”
“ The service was great and our waitress was very attentive. We had agua frescas for our drinks and they do not taste like the ones you would have at a Mexican restaurant. I would recommend not getting these drinks since this is a Mexican delicacy not Salvadoran. The pupusas were wonderful and filled the right amount. We tried the chicken and cheese, jalapeño and cheese, and loroco y queso pupusas. Loroco is great if you are trying to expand your pallet as this is an edible flower. The plantains were cooked to the right texture and the beans and cream complemented them perfectly. It is a small restaurant with about four tables and music is played inside. There is also a market inside with chips and drinks to buy. I would recommend this place for lunch or getting a pick up order if you have a large party. ”
“ This place is so good, my wife is a stickler for authentic food and it got her seal of approval! Calling in your order ahead of time will keep your wait short, but even if you don't, the food is well worth the wait! ”
“ I've been here a couple of times with my husband. So far I've onky gotten the pork pupusas, which are delicious and well priced. Nice environment as a small restaurant with someone happy to explain the menu. Watermelon drink is great, too. My husband likes the horchata. ”
“ Incredible food and service! I waited about 15 minutes for my food, which was worth the wait. I also bought some Guatemalan salsa verde, it's amazing on eggs! This is the the 2nd time I've ordered from these folks and it's been incredible each time! Definitely check these guys out, you won't be disappointed. ”
“ Small business- but very good! We wanted something different and we definitely got it here. It's not Tex-Mex, it's Central America food at its best! ”
